Merchandising
Each team headed and monitored by a Manager– routinely and systematically updates the customer on the progress and status of the order. Daily communication and exchange of information is maintained with the customer.
Due to different requirement of product range of each customer the merchandising department is further divided into respective
department. Each customer is assigned with an individual and separate merchandising team for follow up of orders. This team comes into action from the day of order placement till the date of shipment.
Social Compliance
Bentex Wear gives special emphasis on social compliance as such most of our factories are BSCI, GOTS, OEKOTEX etc approved.
To maintain this compliance we have our own compliance and audit team who makes random checks on factories regarding all social compliance and audit.
Inspections
Our own technical team as per international standards carries out In-line and final inspection of our products. We can also provide third party/buyer nominated inspection such as
Bureau VERITAS, SGS,ITS, AQM, HOHENSTEIN as per customers’ requirements.
Shipping & Commercial
There are four main modes of transportation used by the textile industry: air, sea, rail, and then by truck to get to retail stores. Road transport of textiles and light industrial products is the most convenient and affordable option.
When shipping overseas, your products must be transported by sea. When importing or exporting your clothing items, there are 2 types of shipping methods.
